As a long-standing client, the Tropic team approached us to support the launch of its first-ever product collaboration with Alison Hammond, the vision was already taking shape. The venue was secured, the ambition was clear, and The Detail was brought in to bring it all together.
With just a fortnight to go, our role was to shape the guest experience, oversee the creative direction and manage the moving parts to ensure everything felt seamless.
Working closely with Tropic’s marketing team, we developed an event programme that balanced product education with interaction. From bespoke moisturiser workshops to an experiential art installation and the Infinite Purpose wall, every element was designed to bring the brand’s story to life and encourage genuine connection.
Behind the scenes, we led the styling direction, sourced hundreds of florals and props, commissioned an experiential artist and coordinated the transformation of the Treehouse Hotel. Installation began at 3am, giving our team just hours to reconfigure the space, apply window graphics and bring the creative vision to life before guests arrived.
With multiple teams, evolving ideas and a tight deadline to manage, our focus was on keeping every decision aligned with the bigger picture.
The result was an immersive launch celebrating Tropic’s latest collaboration, bringing together press, partners and guests for a day that felt distinctly true to the brand.
